Does anyone know if there is an eggdrop TCL script that will run on a bot and connect to g6ftp ( bulletproof FTP ) on a private ftp server to list new uploads e.t.c. like the one that exists for raidenFTP??

huh? ftp is ftp, any ftp client can connect to any ftp server :P

Sounds like what you want to do is to read/monitor/parse the g6 logfile..
