* TK-Bot sets mode: -b *!*@cm221.theta19.maxonline.com.sg
It keeps on unbanning the bans. I know it is one of the settings within the bot. Can someone help me with it, a million thanks.

Well you can always do a .chaninfo #channelname and see if you have the channel set to +userbans
If not do a .chanset #channelname +userbans

well i used .chanset to change it for that channel specifically, and it seems to be set right now, but how come changing the .conf file and then doing a reload didnt work?

Because the *.chan file is already written for existing channels. It doesn't matter if the bot is .rehashed either.
