everything is posible which isnt restricted by either memory size, CPU time or internet/IRC related issues. its just a matter of effort.

spambuster.tcl has a primitive built-in webserver, similar to livestats of stats.mod; it serves one page only, but you should be able to extend it easily (that is, if you have some scripting experience; if not, don't bother with that and start with simpler things)

check tcl archive there's something called httpadmin it's realy buggy and [censored] code but it might give you idea's..
