idle-time in the who-is information

Hello,

I would like to get the Idle-minutes ( written in the Who-is-information) of each user which connected to our server.
We want temporary ban und kick any user with an idle time on our server over 120 minutes.

Check the tcl archiv before posting ! There is such script already.
