dcc problem

when i try to dcc my bot i don't connect and this is the error i get.<win2kbot> [23:19] -erter (erter@209-74-191-206.brick.net)- DCC Chat (209.74.191.206)

Hi

You either don't have the appropriate flag (p) or your host doesn't match. Check that.
