+m on multiple bans script

I want the bots to place a +m (or whatever mode) in a period of time.
E.g when the bot sets 5 consecutive bans (probably due to flood) in 5 seconds then lock the chan.

Its good to check the kick reason if contains the reason "flood" or everything we want :D
