Need simple !add !show script

Hi!

I need a TCL script that can

Code: Select all

!add <nick> <url>
into a text file or something like that and on

Code: Select all

!show <nick>
it shows

Code: Select all

nick: url
Another nice feature would be a list of all known nicks on typing !show or !show all .

I would be unimaginably thankful if someone could write that script!
