i tried loading this script and make it work, but couldn't
and can't find any help related to how it will response.

a user is suppose to type "!horo sign" in channel or like what :s would be gr8 if u make little clear.

.. although it would be a good idea to add a reference to the (very) simple instruction for new users.

I tried to read and tried .fhoro as well but I had been trying in pvt or partyline cz of .
it made me lil confused as I ain't so much good at tcls

Thx for ur suggest and it works :) so I will change the bind.

Didn't think that would be a problem, but I made a small update, to add a MSG bind, add "quiet channels" list, and a usage note. Available at the same url as above :)
