seen script [SOLVED]

Hi,

I need a seen script. Here's the example :

<me> !seen matrix
<bot> matrix (~matrix@fbi.gov) terakhir gue liat di cenel #marsoed 19 jam, 21 menit yang lalu (Read error: Operation timed out).

We know that matrix now is not online.

What I need is when "matrix" join the channel, the bot will notice "matrix" that <me> is looking for "matrix" in "time" ago

The gseen module will do that.
