I have just put up an eggdrop in the chatrooms of lunarstorm.co.uk.
I need a TCL or some sort of script for my eggdrop that kicks people from #TheCandyBar who is over the age of 17. 18 and up so to speak.
I need to same function for another room called #TheClub, but there I need to kick people under 18. Age 17 and down.
Everyone has an extension on their nickname which is _m17 i.e. or _f23, if you get me, they also have it in their "Full Name" field in i.e. mIRC. Like this: "31 f Andover".
Any help is greatly appreciated, I don't know programming of this kind!
Thank you!
Edit:
Actually I'd prefer if the script was made with the age in the "Real name" field since the nick can be changed easily and the Name can't, since it's primarly based out of a java client.
I dont think you need a .tcl script to do this, thou you could use a serton one that would kick n ban there current hostmask and stuff like that with youre own kick message/reason. But anyway, this what ya could do without a tcl scripts: .+ban *17*!*@* #Channel Over 18's Only in #Channel Have ya tryed something like that, a nick ban? If you want to know about the script i was talking about its called mc.ban_mask.tcl check the tcl arcive.
its fairly easy to do BUT there are easier ways to do it, you would have to do a whois on everyone that joins the room and that could lag the bot. One of the few ways around this is if the bots a server admin then you could use the putnow command but enough on that good luck
