With speechles version, search gives only 1 result even though 3 is defined. Also, !wiki doesn't seem to work.

If you can shed some light as to what platform your bot is running on, tcl version, eggdrop version, results from .set errorinfo, etc.. maybe I can be more helpful, my bot uses tcl8.4 if you wondered.

I have noticed today problems with !local stemming from same igoogle header that is causing problems with normal google searches. The first result is about 10 lines of javascripted rubbish. I will update the link to the unofficial 1.9.4 with a fix for this later on today.

The problem of showing 1 result instead of 3 can be in the separator. Atm i have set it " \n ". Might the spaces cause anything? I remember i used "\n" in older version.

fixed the gamespot parser, that problem wasn't widespread it's the result of gamespot injecting paid stuff into their design depending on what you search for. now it can read past all that.

okay, a few friends have asked the same exact thing, so here is my attempt. Ebay and Wikipedia will now allow you to specify which country it gets its data from.

Just a small post to mention i've fixed 'somewhat' the language checking.. but not really.. heh. Borrowed some error catching code of rosc2112's (hope she doesn't mind). Now erroneous countries entered will be caught as errors and returned. I don't know exactly which countries ebay has or which wikipedia has to even begin building a list to compare user input against, that is coming up eventually.

As you can see, this is attempting to dynamically parse ANY language and give appropriate results entirely in the SAME language. You can now use the google parsers with your language of choice, as can your users. Now this may or may not work with certain languages (as this is proof-of-concept code, alot of languages are untested), but for the majority it should work just fine. Hopefully madwoota will add an option such as this in his V2.0 version to allow dynamic language selection as well. Enjoy and let me know what you think. Bugs? Bad Parsing? Html Exposed?
