is there anything for eggdrop like the titleSnarfer in supybot?

supybot.plugins.Web.titleSnarfer

This config variable defaults to False and is channel specific.

Determines whether the bot will output the HTML title of URLs it sees in the channel.

basically, if someone posted a link, it would return a description of the url:

Give me a few more days, I had a drive go bad on me and have to back up 300 gigs of junk onto dvd, so that computer is tied up for a bit. Should be able to get this done in a few days, I have the basics of the script done already.
