LogZipper Help

I am trying to impliment LogZipper 2.0

I have tried to contact the author, however it seems the domain no longer exists?

Eggdrop loads the script fine.. I have the script configured as best as I can tell

The second log.. the iplog, I have looked at the script that creates that file and cant figure out how to place it in the log directory and not the root directory.

I have keep-all-logs set to 1

Its supposed to change logs at 0300 every day.. but doesnt.. I get everything in one big log

Am I missing something? Can someone give me a guiding hand here? Maybe a hammer to the cheek to help me see what I aint seeing..
