You might not receive response to your script request for two reasons :-
1. Any such request would involve capturing notices from nick services (not raws from the ircd as per a /whois script). As such it would be highly network dependent. If somebody did write a script for use on a specific network, then it is unlikely to work on another network.
2. Such scripts are used for nick chasing. ie. determining when the target nick's registration will expire.
