I have a problem when you try to enter on my channel when it comes to 4 seconds

expels the server with this quit: ( Sendq exceeded )

in my channel, more than 600 user online, please help me

Sounds like an IRCd issue, not an eggdrop issue.

Max sendq exceeded
This is an old configuration on some servers that holds a max amount of data you can send during one session. This means that the server can't relay the text you sent to it and the server disconnects you to make you start a new session.

Have you checked to make sure that the eggy isn't flooding the server when it joins the channel?
