Skins and colors

I tried clearing the cookies and such. Still didn't work. However, I did realize that you had to log in FOR it to work. I did not have to do this with the 'old' forum. SO problem solved, I just to log in, thats all.

Check IE's settings under 'Privacy'. Set it to 'Allow all cookies'.

I had made sure that was the case previously. All I have to do is make sure I am logged in and the 'dark folders' show up. Thank you all for your help!
