There customer service sucks, I paid them May 4th didn't get an account until May 17th and only after someone who I know who pays them alot went into there efnet chatroom and bitched about it. The owner gets upset and throws hissys when you question him about why accounts take so long. I was told I needed 2 more logins because I had too many bots on 1 ident so I asked for those 2 logins a week ago and still havn't gotten an answer.

He takes down servers for days on end without sending out email notices or postings on his website because he says everyone goes to his chatroom anyways.

When I told him I was going to call my CC company about his poor business practices the only replies he would give was stuff like.

As you can tell, you have again been proven a liar because you claimed that he wasn't a client for more than 2 months, you did not even acknowledge he was a client of shelltopia, also he paid for 2 months while he had no shell, that is incredibly dishonest. As you can tell with the email below, my husband also cancelled his subscription, which you claimed was terminated. We never received any notice of your claims, in fact his account was fine until shelltopia disappeared. I have a firm belief that Shelltopia is redesigning itself as Pitbull, strictly for the reason of starting fresh because of all the others you have scammed. You are a liar, your company is unprofessional and you should be shut down. I have proved once again and over again that you are a liar, if you would like, you can play on my husband's poor English or you could actually be professional about it and admit that a wrong was done. You don't even have to admit you are a liar (which we all determined that you are, be a man, be a professional.

Thank you for your time and I would like to advise all current and future customers of Pitbull/Shelltopia that this is a dishonest organization, based on horrible ethics, pennies don't manner, but it's the principal. Just a little update to this topic since this all happend pitbullshells has pretty much dropped of the map. There website is just text now, there owner hasn't been seen for a month and there irc support channel says this when you join it.
