Need tcl that akill/kline spamers/ircspam trojan

Hello

I was looking for a tcl that Can Kline/Akill spamers in onjoin for web sites and irc servers, and also can Kline/Akill ircspam trojan but i cant find such a script like that

I am having in my network more than 1000 bots that spam my channels with sex/amuter sites and they spam onjoin and mass invite users

If some one can make me that scripts even if am gona give some $$ i am ready

You can choose to kline offenders using AllProtection.
