how to cancel telnet flood ignore?

you know, when a user try to connect many times to the telnet he gets ignore. i wanna know if there is anyway to cancel this? i dont want the egg to give ignores.

Eggdrop.conf:
# Define here how many telnet connection attempts in how many seconds from
