Webby can do this and more than that. You may never need half of the available things webby can do. They are there if you ever decide to use them though. This is webby running in it's most simplest mode given merely a url. Notice as well that it will properly encode languages and can even spot http-package encoding flaws and attempt to correct them. This should work for any language you try it on. If it mangles the character set than it should be reported by webby that the http package flaw is doing so. You can also disable this error message from showing if it annoys you. If it still doesn't look correct and webby isn't reporting an http-package flaw we can safely assume eggdrop's inability to handle accented latin characters when dealing with iso8859-1 or utf-8 is the culprit.
