Channel option to disable all communication?

Hey everyone. Let's say I want to stick my eggdrop bot in a public channel, to help expand its vocabulary, but I want to disable all messages on that channel so he never responds to anyone, even if they say his name. Is this possible? Thanks!

Oh, and another thing, is it possible to have channel-specific brain/dictionary files?
