backing up and restoring in a new shell

Hi folks, I'm pretty new on this so sorry if I'm asking stupid questions.
I need to know which files are important to backup in order to restore the bot in a new shell just like it is.

usually the .conf, .user and .chan files and the scripts folder. if the bot runs on a&a(and you changed something to it's scripts) that folder to, so that you don't have to modify them again.
