ipv6 with eggdrop 1.8, weird error upon dcc chat

Post by medeski »

im gonna start out by saying im so glad eggdrop now supports ipv6 natively, it is my botpack of choice and am super excited about egdrops and ipv6. ive just recently moved over to ipv6, the bot is up and running, but when i try and establish a dcc chat connection between the bot and my bnc, also newly put on ipv6, i get this weird error after i /dccanswer. i did not configure eggdrop to run with ssl, and i hope it isnt a requirement for this to work properly. any help on this situation is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
