Whats the command to reply ctcps?

Im currently wanting to do a ctcp replies, but the thing now is theres still errors, whats the correct line for LISTEN ctcps and REPLY ctcps?

Do this:

If you want the bot to reply to specific ctcp-replies, add this into your .conf

set ctcp-version "What you want here .. blah"

For more information, you can search for tcl archvies and look for 'ctcp' search string. You should be able to find scripts which might suit your needs or take them as reference.

Okie cool, now, i've set ctcp-mode to 0 (that means it allows all ctcps from any users) but my bot does not reply to any users accept for thoes under my bot's userlist, what to do?
