I cant find the button...just in postings there is a answer and new topic?!

Under the main forum menu
http://www.egghelp.org/forum/ there is no "reply" or "new topic" button.
Under the forum topic screens, there is a "new topic" button in the top right hand corner.
Under each thread (AKA, a post), there is a "reply" and "new topic" button in the top right corner, and below the post.
