Disable the .say command

Post by Will »

Hello, I've searched this board for awhile and I find no mention of this anywhere. I'm running with Chanserv and my bot is a master, I need to disable the .say command from within the partyline because !op !addmaster etc are commands and I can't have normal ops using them.

Please Help,

Thanks

hmm not sure what disabling the .say dcc command has to do with some !op public script... but anyway just unbind it.

unbind dcc o|o say *dcc:say

then you can either rebind it.. to say... n|n? or just leave it disabled entirely

Because there are public op commands and others such as !addmaster etc. So if I grant someone op access to the bot, and the bot is an owner in Chanserv's records they can do ".say #channel !addmaster me" and that would give them access as a master.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that unbind command though. :-?
