Script which remove Q Flags of a User in a Channel

Does anyone know a Script which can remove Q Flags of a User in a Channel, where the Bot has Master Right ?

How can the script to 2 actions remove the flags and ban the User.

And how can I insert the specify Nick and Channel ?
