i would like to apply this kind of patch to the actual version, but i found only patches to versions 1.6.4 and 1.6.5.

No, Sup (the original creator) has not created a 1.6.6 patch.
I have asked him about this twice since the release of 1.6.6. The first time he said, yes he would be doing it, but not for a few days. The second time, he said he might, but there would be no point if it did not make it into the tree, as it would need to be maintained everytime a new version of eggdrop was made.
If I find the time over the next few days, I will upgrade the patch to be 1.6.6 compatible.
This is if tonights drink doesn't hurt me too much. Hospital stomach pump here I come.
