what?
The lifecycle of a noob is complex. Fledgling noobs gestate inside biometric pods. Once a budding noob has matured thru gestation they climb out of their pod, sit down at a PC, ask a bunch of questions that are clearly in the FAQ, The Noob is born

cannot understand the meaning of the sentence, either...
But probably he will somehow delay joining of channels on a certain schedule?!

Edit: spelling correction :P

sheudle?

I think he wants to greet a user on entry, say goodbye when they leave and "possibly", if they return, say something like "welcome back porky." Or, when they leave (using a timer) invite them back.

He's asking for a channel timer delay script. And if the bot parts it would make it join back in again.

First of all the bot will not part, if you make it part or remove the channel from the bot yourself. The bot will always be in there if it is not banned, an +i, key or limit etc has been set and it is unable to enter. And secondly the bot has some time join delay to channels when it connects to a server, I don't think you would need such a delay.
