ok im a noob at this scriptin stuff....
but i have an irc script ( that u have to load through mirc to have it work).
would it be possible to convert it to a tcl script so it would run on my eggdrop?

irc script to tcl script?
a) there are no IRC scripts afaik
b) you meant mIRC/remote script
c) of course it is possible (perhaps not in 100% of the cases, but most of). but you might have to do many workarounds for any GUI specific things
