security tcl

looked around and havent found anything that meets my needs

i have started work on a security script...

but would appriciate someone having a go at working this idea

ok the idea is simple
i have my bot in multiple channels i want to protect them all
without adding each channel to the tcl it just works on every channel period

so here is what i want it to do

when my channels get flooded with clones channel floods ect i want the bot to note every topic in every channel it is in (store them) then make every channel +m +i plus change the topic of every channel to a security warning say "channel closed periodicly due to network problems please try again later" then i want it to msg the owner saying what it has done and why
so the threat can be dispoded of

then hopefully there will be a !trigger to resume normal channel operation
-m -i and the channel topics get changed back to what they were before

there should be a !trigger also to invoke the security yourself either ops or master and above...

well this is my idea.. hope it is of use

so this is a request for someone to make this script working
as i am doing it will good for me to compare results and also
learn the parts of the code i dont know how to do....

you know in scripts when you can set the owner master channel ect

how do you set the owner/channel if the name/chan begins with [

i been trying to figure this for a while now

any ideas
