it runs perfectly..and have done fore a couple off years now..so..if something works dont touch it =))

I have an 1.6.10 and one 1.6.12 too..but i still like the old 1.1.5 most ;)

hmm does it help to do "rm -f channelname.chan" after killing the bot..and then restart, i think i had to do that in the early days when the bot ran in dynamic mode..

but maybe a tip to try..

log on to ur shell and edit the eggdrop.conf file, ie "vi eggdrop.conf" or what the file is named, "ls-la" in the eggydirectory can give u a hint, save the file after edit and run "./eggdrop -m configfile.name" and start up an dcc chat to ur bot..

if that not work..RTFM

hmm doesn't the command .store keep the .fixcodes thingy..if I recall correct it did store .telnet off in 1.1.5 version..
but I can be wrong as allways..
