yeah, i'm looking at being able to run different bot.conf's etc from one main eggdrop directory but with different idents, i'm not really bothered about other linux accounts being able to read files as there's only me on this box anyways.

Use ".netchanset #channel +cookieop" insted of ".chanset........" just this second relised the problem :)

Sorry, yes, this is one of the leaf bots alltho it happens on all of the leafs. The channel is set to +shared on both the hub and the leafs and both are on the correct channel.

Yeah i've noticed a similar problem aswell after upgrading to eggdrop1.6.9. The channel information is way of to the right instead of being inline further to the left. Nope, I can run a BNC on the same shell along side the 2 bots and the BNC doesn't get effected at all, just the 2 bots die.

If I stop the BNC and try the 2 bots again, the same problem occurs.
