if he goes online (joins chan) he gets all requests , from the songs (wishes)

hello i have try 4 autovoice scripts all are working fine but when i go offline with psybnc, and i go back online i dont see the +v (+) on users who has joined and get +v when im offline any ideas? a user means its a psybnc bug, but on other chans it works fine..(i see all users too, if they joined ...
