G-line

I have 4 bots on quakenet and they only allow 5 clients ... and the problem is when like the bots pingtimeouts they are still on the chan .. and some more bots join .. the same bots that pingtimeout .. and then its more then 5 clients on the network and for that they get g-lined how do i prevent for...
