ok to add to the comment by ppslim if you dont bother to use the README files, before trying to set up a prog you will more then likley get it wrong cause each program has diffrent compile options, however i would check the psybnc site they have full instructions there

Or you could simply do the following

1).+user aops
2).+host aops nick*!*@*

All you have to do then to add to that goup is .+host aops nick*!*@*
