never mind, i fixed it with some help of a friend, it turned out the ports were conflicting with my irc server

i`ve got a couple of problems with windrop wich are all thanks to the same, i think first i made the windrop config and everything and i started making a userfile with -m, windrop didn`t come on the server so i couldn`t mesage him so i telnetted him, that worked and he recognized me and everything. ...
