the bot is still displaying "op me cos i'm lame!" in my #testing room even though the bot isnt even in the channel?? how does that work???

hmmmmm im trying to delete the entry for #testing in the .chan file but it keeps on reappearing? :S

whats even more weird is that when i op the bot in #testing, its still saying "op me coz im lame"......hmmmmmm?

hey guys, how can i stop my bot from automatically sending a message saying "welcome to the channel" (something along those lines) when a user joins the channel each time?? i want it to completely stop for every single channel, thanks.

Oh ok. Sweet thanks. Just one last question, with the logging feature in the bot, does it just log stuff like in partyline etc?.......is it possible to log all the chat that happens in a channel and have like a seperate file for each channel???

yep tried all of them .....none work

im still having a problem with this query......i set my net-type to 5, and the bot connects to austnet fine but when i do the /chat <bot> , i get no response asking for a password?

i dont need to do make config etc do i?

i've changed what needs to be changed in the eggdrop.h file, then did a ./configure .......is that all that needs to be done?

just with this post, eggdrop doesnt need to be reinstalled does it?
