I have a couple questions:

1. Is this your own machine and is it Ubuntu?

2. What are the file permissions on the bot folder and the scripts folder?

3. Have you edited the script in any way?

4. Are you calling the t-2 settings file?

5. Are you running a patched 1.6.21 bot?

Thanks I do use unique ports for each bot and while the odds are good I won't get someone's elses bot there is a chance lol

I feel really stupid but can someone tell me how to telnet to my bot on a shell and how do I know I'm getting my bot and not one of the dozens of other people who are using that vhost.

Everything has worked smoothly for several days. The posted fix works perfect. I will be posting this fix on mytclscripts.com for any others who may want to use the 1.6.21 eggdrop. I have edited the correct file and compiled the 1.6.21 bot. Loaded Bogustrivia and so far seems to be the fix. I'll continue to test for the next few days and will keep you updated.

I'd really like to try this fix, however I do not write code I'm more of the tester in this team.

I have no idea where to enter this fix in the main.c file. If you could give me a better idea of where to put it and what if any lines will be replaced I'd be glad to test this workaround.

Can you tell me what version of bogustrivia your using and what is the purpose of baddrshare.

You'll need to see what ports your eggdrop is using in it's config file then follow the directions on this site to enable these ports and ident to dcc chat your bot.

2) There are several options for voice. Go over your options and be sure your not exempt by flags.

Game-Pool is a pickup game script that messages players with teams login address and password, don't know it if has all your looking for but it does have some of those things you mentioned.
