it's my understanding from reading and searching here that ".stick [ban number]" will place a permanent ban, which will be reinitiated by the bot if someone removes it. From what I gather, when viewed internally, the ban entry is displayed with "(perm)". Is that correct? Question...

This script using eggdrop v1.6.18

I have added the following line to my eggdrop's .conf file: source scripts/public_quotes_system.tcl. Made settings to the public_quotes_system.tcl file as indicated by the commented documentation.
