thanks, it works now.

when /dcc chat bot
and can't conncet, i assume thats a problem on my end?

but when i do /ctcp botname chat ( i see the send request)
it doesn't do anything either? :o

"hello" command

seems i have lots of issues :p after setting up eggdrop, when i message it the "hello" command it doesn't respond(is it supposed to?) at either rate, i then proceed with the "pass <password>" and still no response(still unsure, is it supposed to?) after that, i try typing .help a...

well, i have :P i have done ./eggdrop -m eggdrop.conf which says the process is already running, so i killed it, and re ran it and then did ./eggdrop -n eggdrop.conf, same result :p so i klled it, and did ./eggdrop -n eggdrop.conf without running it, and i get the same result :p 1) kill any running...
