so i used /ctcp bot chat then got this error "ERROR no telnet port" i have no idea on how to work telnet. i would be very happy top get help with this

# You need to un-comment this line and change the port number in order to open
# the listen port. You should not keep this set to 3333.
#listen 3333 all
You have to uncomment the # on the last line and set a port or leave that default port (3333)

that will tell me for tripple checking and missing that 3 times
