As the title states, this is a problem with alice.tcl
The bot talks to me and others via pm but will not talk in the channels I've set it to.
Does anyone know why?
It tells me to do .chanset #channel +alice but I don't know where to do that.
It won't let me. The connection gets refused. I'm guessing it's a firewall issue but considering I'm having trouble remember my router information, I can't do [censored] right now.Madalin wrote:You have to DCC CHAT with the eggdrop. Use /ctcp BOTNICK chat and then it will ask for your nickname and password. After auth use .chanset #chanel +alice
To quit DCC CHAT simply type .quit
I reset my router and opened a random port and set that as the listening port in my conf file. Still getting "<*status> DCC Xfer Bounce (bot): Connection Refused while connecting to "Madalin wrote:Try login SSH and use there telnet ip port and the same thing nickname/password and try from there
