Need onotice command's script

I need a script so if I make /onotice !kb <nick> <reason>, as Extacy tcl but with commands starting with onotices. If anyone could help me to tell the bind ....? Thnx all

The NOTC bind should trigger this, allthough, I don't use onotices, so I don't know.

If not, you would have to use a RAW bind.
