This appears if I try to make a dcc-chat to my eggdrop bot
I have the newest version of eggdrop installed (eggdrop v1.6.12)
Can someone plz tell me what I need to do, to get a dccchat to my bots over the bouncer?

It seems as if it is you bouncer's problem. There is however a setting in config file that will make bot NOT refuse telnet connections from problematic hosts: dcc-sanitycheck.
p.s.
Bouncers are evil! I pray for the day eggdrop and IRC servers will be able to detect BNC and refuse connection.
Ignorant and lazy people will save 30 minutes by chosing simple config file. Smart ones will save 3000 minutes of *everyone's* time by opting for complete config file.
