While this is a free speech forum about shell providers, how to use them, recomendations and such. I do belive people should be given more information than this.
Can you provide any information about the account you had with them.
IE
How did you pay for the shell?
How long was the contract for?
Did you have any corispondance with the shell provider, before he cut you off?
Did you break the rules? (in most cases, this is a yes. If you read the terms and conditions, most providers have the right to cut you off without warning)
Have you had any corispondance with the provider, since they cut you off?
Can you state why they claimed they cut you off?
Without any justification for such a post, I am inclined to send this post ot the trash.

Hi [my name],
Ask them for a more specific reason, including any files that can prove of such.
What did you use the account for?
While most people simply use them for eggdrop, eggdrop itself can be used in a way, that is contrary to the providers rules.
IE,
What scripts did you use?
Did you do any file-serving?
Once again, I strongly advise you to read the terms and condictions of use. They will include any information, related to what you may have done wrong.

In the last week they change the tof and I can't read (i always have journeys for my job) the email they send to my account.
So I broke the rules and when I returned to home I find the account closed
You may fidn they have broken the law, and/or there own contract.
Check for things regarding what notice they should provide, in relation to changes ot the TOS.
Check regarding how corispondance should be sent/received by you. You may find that the law, provides that they send any mail, being electronic or postal, to the address that you used to register.
Just like it's illegal, for a postal box provider (PO BOX <BLAH>), to address mail to you, via the postal box itself, and rather, send it to the destination address.
If you are not abelt o receive information, ragrding your account, wihout access to the account in question (like in your situation), then they are likely in breach.
