tcl for banning join/part users

i'd like eggdrop tcl that will ban users who join/part channels being eg. under 15sec in channel or join/part x times in y seconds.
probably giving a warning at first time, then banning for x minutes, and if user join/part after that, permanent ban.

check the tcl script section here or try the bseen tcl search engine, there are some flyby-ban scripts available.
