eggdrop crashes with this logmessage

sometimes my eggdrop crashes and writes this message to the logfile:

This happens when no one is using the eggdrop. Most times he run about 24hours without a problem, the he die (EOF).

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Nope. As the error sugests, it is a issue within stats.mod.

You should contact the author for help regarding this.
