Eggdrop not in channel

Post by Yoda »

I did a lot of changing but it's the same:

Code: Select all

#it.one: (pending), enforcing "+tn" (greet)

the bot is not in channel and many scripts dont works.

mode is -inactive, /who #channel is on....

someone can help me?

As allready stated, this happens when non RFC complient servers, return a errornous reply to a "/who #channel" request.

The command /who may be enabled, and returning data. But eggdrop has a strict parsing polocy fo the reply. Thus, a non RFC complient reply, breaks eggdrop.

It is no eggdrop at fault.

Yes - Eggdrop follows RFC1459.

Servers where this has been experienced, claim to follow this,b ut don't.
