I just install eggdrop1.6.6, And it seems to insist on kicking people after 9 lines, No matter if there oppped or not, anyway you can change this?

Im also after some kind of script which will allow people to auth with the bot.

Can anyone help me with this? We yet again, be a great help :eek:

Try .chanset #channel flood-chan 0:0 to turn off channel flood protection. Read .help chaninfo and .help chanset for more information.

The are plenty of auth scripts out there.

Each serve different purposes, so it depends on your needs.

Do you any particular needs. Like what do you want to happen once authed.

I basically want it so people can auth with the bot, making it possible so they can op them selfs, much like Q you know :smile:

It is possible for them to do this by typeing "/msg <botnick> op <password>" on irc.

How do i find out wot the default password is?

Is it the one i use for admin control?

When you add users to the bot, you get them to add there own password.
/msg <botnick> pass <a_password>
From then on, they should be able to use msg commands using this password.
